Granite Installation Process |
| To ensure smooth and timely installations please follow
these simple steps. |
Step One
Getting an estimate. Fax, mail or hand deliver your cabinet
layouts. Please include the following information:
· Edge Detail
· Type of sink – i.e. under mount, drop in, vessel, farmhouse,
etc.
· Type of stove – i.e. cook top or slide in
· Dishwasher
· Granite selection – if a final selection has not been made, a
estimate with an average price per square foot can be completed
· If backsplashes are to be included |
Step Two
Accepting the estimate
· Sign a Sales Agreement and Template Requirement List
· A deposit is required at this time
· Schedule a template date. It is best to contract with Ann
Arbor Granite at the time that the cabinets are ordered.
· Ann Arbor Granite will issue pass cards to our granite
distributor for final granite selections. Please note final
selections must be done by date of template |
Step Three
Template
· Ann Arbor Granite will go to the job site and make an exact
pattern of the countertops
· It is essential that all appliances, sinks, and faucets be on
the job site the day of the template |
Step Four
Installing the countertop
· Installation will be completed two to three weeks from date of
template
· Final payment is due within 10 days of installation |
